The 2011 primetime Emmy nominations will be announced on Thursday morning by Melissa McCarthy (who stars in the CBS sitcom Mike & Molly, though you may know her best from this year's hit movie, Bridesmaids). It seems like a thankless task, really. Getting up before first thing in the morning on the West Coast so you can read a list of names, which may not include your own name.
Community's Joel McHale drew those reading duties last year, and this year, McCarthy sought him out for advice, receiving some and then some. As this video, complete with training montage, proves. Roll it!
There's a new trailer out for Steven Soderbergh's upcoming farce, The Informant!, and I include it here, not only because it's funny, but also and more importantly because Soderbergh seems to have carved out some juicy supporting roles for comedians Tom Papa (as someone Matt Damon is trying to snoop upon) and Joel McHale (as someone Matt Damon is trying to snoop for). Enjoy!

NBC announced it has added Community to its fall 2009 schedule. More details to come, both on this show and the rest of NBC's fall 2009 plans (and how this impacts Glover's 30 Rock writing). But I wanted you to know about this new development and share with you this quirky featurette. Enjoy!

In print, we only got a taste from each of the comics. Online, we get the full Q&As. And after the jump, I'll share my favorite tidbits from each interview.
