Following up on my recap of this season's Saturday Night Live debut, here is when and where new cast member Bobby Moynihan gets to carry his first sketch as a waiter named Mark Payne who cannot stop thinking about the pepper smell in the restaurant, much to the chagrin of his customers (played by host Michael Phelps and Amy Poehler). For previous works of Moynihan from his days and nights with the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in New York City and the group, Buffoons, check out this video collection on UCBcomedy.
Bobby did great on Saturday. It's tough to make repertory but he's well on his way.
On another funny note, National Talk Like A Pirate Day is tomorrow, 9/19: http://tinyurl.com/6rdogr

I am a waitress and this skit is absolutely hilarious! I laughed pretty much the entire time.

I can't believe these comments. This actually passes as funny these days? Pepper humor? This one and the bartender one from the other day might be the 2 worst SNL skits they have ever thrown out there. Horrible

I agree with Gordon. Saturday Night Live has taken a huge swan dive from grace. This sketch reminds me of a lame, 2nd Rate, MAD TV attempt at humor. It hasn't been funny since the days of Dana Carvey, Phil Hartman, and Chris Farley. Will Ferrell wasn't even that funny in his sketches. The only sketch that has been worth watching was the D' in the Box with Justin Timberlake. Other than that, it's really sad how far it's fallen.
